To use: Either chill in a freezer for use on sprains or place the whole wheat bag in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on a medium setting. Make sure the microwave turntable can turn freely with the wheat bag on it with no obstruction.

Be aware that the wheat can dry out over time. To rehydrate, place a cup of water heated to boiling point alongside your wheat bag in the microwave and heat as usual.
