DIRECTIONS

Simply light the stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release this exotic fragrance. Start to relax ten minutes before sleep. Stick focus on the affirmation, repeating it ten times in you mind. Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes.The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit, should you require.
